Vetia Animal Health participates in the 77th Annual Brucellosis Research Conference in Costa Rica

Vetia Animal Health, a company belonging to the Zendal biotechnology group, attended the 77th Annual Brucellosis Research Conference, held in San José (Costa Rica) from 4 to 7 November, where it was a Platinum sponsor and presented an innovative test for the diagnosis of porcine brucellosis to international experts.

Vetia Animal Health participated in the 77th Annual Brucellosis Research Conference, one of the leading international meetings dedicated to brucellosis research and control. The company had its own stand as a Platinum sponsor, reinforcing its commitment to prevention and innovation in animal health.

 

During the event, Vetia Animal Health’s technical and commercial team presented a new diagnostic test for controlling swine brucellosis, developed to improve disease detection and support more efficient management on livestock farms. This innovation is part of Vetia’s strategy to promote solutions that favour safer, more sustainable and prevention-based production.

 

Vetia’s participation also included the presentation ‘New diagnostic test for Brucella in pigs’, given by Carlos Chipana, from Vetia Internacional’s technical service. His presentation aroused great interest among the attendees, who appreciated the progress that this new methodology represents in the field of veterinary diagnostics.
