Indications
For active immunisation of sheep and cattle to prevent viremia caused by serotype 8 of the bluetongue virus. In sheep, to reduce clinical signs caused by serotype 8 of the bluetongue virus.
  • Onset of immunity:
    • 21 days (sheep) and 31 days (cattle) after completing the primary vaccination schedule.
  • Duration of immunity:
    • 1 year.
Route of administration
Subcutaneous.
Dosage
Dose:
  • Cattle: 4 ml.
  • Sheep: 2 ml.
Vaccination schedule:
  • Primary vaccination:
    • Cattle
      • 2 doses: Interval: 3–4 weeks, starting from 2 months of age.
    • Ovino
      • 2 doses: From 2.5 months of age with a 3-week interval.

  • Revaccination:
    • 1 dose: Aanual
