Indicaciones
- Single intradermal tuberculinisation: For use in cattle aged 6 weeks or older where cross-sensitisation to bovine tuberculin is suspected.
- Comparative intradermal tuberculinisation: When used together with CZV Bovine Tuberculin PPD, it diagnoses live cattle from the age of 6 weeks that have generated an immune response to M. bovis, differentiating animals reactive to M. bovis from those sensitised to bovine tuberculin as a result of exposure to other mycobacteria or related genera.

Dosw: 0,1ml.
Interpretación del resultado
- Single intradermal tuberculinisation:
- Negative reaction: Limited swelling, with an increase of no more than 2 mm in skin fold thickness, without clinical signs.
- Doubtful reaction: No clinical signs and if the increase in skin fold thickness is between 2 and 4 mm.
- Positive reaction: With clinical signs and an increase of more than 4 mm in skin fold thickness.
- Comparative intradermal tuberculinisation (when CZV Avian Tuberculin PPD and CZV Bovine Tuberculin PPD are used together):
- Negative reaction: Bovine PPD reaction negative, positive or doubtful, but equal to or less than a positive or doubtful avian PPD reaction and absence of clinical signs in both cases.
- Doubtful reaction: Bovine PPD reaction positive or doubtful and higher by 1 to 4 mm than the avian reaction and absence of clinical signs.
- Positive reaction: Bovine PPD reaction more than 4 mm higher than the avian reaction or presence of clinical signs.
