Indications
Sows: Active immunisation of sows and passive immunisation of piglets to prevent colibacillosis caused by E. coli strains; against oedema disease and necrotic enteritis caused by C. perfringens type C as follows:
  • Neonatal piglets:
    • Reduces mortality and clinical signs (severe diarrhoea) due to colibacillosis.
    • Reduces mortality and clinical signs due to necrotic enteritis caused by C. perfringens type C.
  • Weaned piglets:
    • Reduces mortality and clinical signs due to oedema disease.
    • Reduces clinical signs (severe diarrhoea) of colibacillosis.
    • Reduces clinical signs of chronic enteritis caused by C. perfringens type C.
  • Duration of immunity:
    • 21 days for infections caused by F4ac, F18ac (colibacillosis) and Clostridium perfringens type C (necrotic enteritis).
    • 21 days for antibodies against F5, F6 and F41.
    • 28 days for infections caused by F18ab (oedema disease).


Piglets: Active immunisation of piglets against post-weaning diarrhoea.

Piglets: First dose: 0.5 ml, Second dose: 1 ml
Vaccination schedule:
  • Primary vaccination
    • Pregnant sows 2 doses.
      • First dose 6 to 7 weeks before parturition
      • Second dose 4 weeks before parturition
    • Piglets 2 doses.
      • First dose at 10 days of age (0.5 ml)
      • Second dose at weaning (1 ml)

  • Revaccination:
    • Cerda gestante.
      • 1 dose. 4 weeks before parturition
