Personal Data Protection
VETIA ANIMAL HEALTH, S.A.U. seeks to ensure proper use and processing of the user’s personal data by complying with current regulations:
  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – hereinafter GDPR).
  • Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.
Processing of Personal Data
Lawfulness or legal basis: The basis for processing the personal data you provide through this website or the forms provided herein may be based on different situations provided in article 6 of the GDPR. In general, personal data will be processed for compliance with a legal obligation, for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in VETIA, or because you gave your clear, affirmative consent.

Purpose and storage: The processing of personal data will be limited to what is strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. The personal data provided will be stored for the time necessary to serve the purpose for which it was collected and to determine any possible responsibilities derived from said purpose. The provisions of Spanish regulations on archives and documentary heritage will apply. The data subject is responsible for updating their own data. VETIA will not be responsible for any inaccuracies if they have not been notified of any changes.

Exercising rights: You may exercise your rights to access, rectify, erase and request portability, limitation or oppose to the processing of your data, as well as object to it being used for automated individual decision-making, when applicable, with VETIA ANIMAL HEALTH, S.A.U. at A Relva s/n – Torneiros, 36410 O Porriño, Pontevedra, Spain, or by email at dpo@zendal.com.
